Overview
This competition invites new developers to write a clear, beginner-friendly tutorial explaining how to build on Stellar. The goal is to produce high-quality educational content that helps others get started with Stellar development. We are looking for written tutorials that are accurate, well-structured, and accessible to newcomers.
Deliverables
Each submission must include:
- A complete written tutorial (at least 1000 words) with step-by-step instructions.
- Code snippets or examples that can be run on Stellar testnet.
- The tutorial must be submitted as a Markdown file or a link to a public document (e.g., GitHub Gist, blog post).
Reward
The total prize pool is 100 USDC, distributed as follows:
- 1st place: 50 USDC
- 2nd place: 30 USDC
- 3rd place: 20 USDC
Only the top three entries receive cash prizes. Honorable mentions may be acknowledged but do not receive a monetary reward.
How to participate
- Submit a short application explaining your proposed tutorial topic and why you are a good fit. Applications are open until July 15, 2026.
- The organizer will review applications and select up to 5 contributors to proceed. Only those shortlisted may submit a full tutorial.
- Shortlisted contributors will be notified and given access to the submission portal. You must submit your completed tutorial by .
